Not so much of a problem to me, but anyone coming the other way is completely stuffed. The temporary roadsigns make no reference to a closed cyclelane in either direction. The only sign points pedestrains into the hedge. Useful.
This is a dual direction cyclepath. Coming my way is fine as long as you don't mind being in the road for a while. Coming the other direction is utterly destroyed. There is no way back in to the cyclepath. The proper action is to divert onto the opposite side of the road, go all the way round a large roundabout and try to join in further down the cyclepath. Probably a 400m detour for about 50m of path.
