The 'Mindful Body Movements' is a programme created by Luck's Yard Clinic chiropractor Tone Tellefsen in order to help people find a new and easier way to move their bodies with ease.
She has found that trauma and stress can often make us move our bodies with fear and tension and in doing so we may create new movement patterns that are not serving us in our daily lives. This programme will go over the theory behind pain and fear as well as tension in our bodies and then practically show simple exercises done in a way for your to recreate new movement patterns with less tension and fear.
