Mindful Body Movements is a new concept created by Chiropractor Tone Tellefsen Hughes after 25 years of working with patients. She works integrated with other therapists in her clinic helping patients find a better balance and alignment in their structure and posture. The course is aimed to help those who would like to start moving more and get connected with their bodies before starting an exercising programme. She draws on her experience of chiropractic, Alexander technique, yoga and Pilates and have created this fusion of movements to help those who need to find their way back to better confidence with their bodies.
