This is a shoulder blade release stretch. It is from Pilates and is called arms openings and arm circles. One of the exercises is also called "chalk circles" This is really helpful to do when you have spent many hours in front of the computer working or studying. It released the muscles between the shoulder blades, the shoulders and the anterior chest muscles. If you do it slowly using your breathing it can also be very calming. Let us know how you get on.
